The Deluxe Individual Kit (DIK) is designed to allow any curious explorer to perform microscopy experiments anywhere at any time. This kit includes one Foldscope paper microscope in a portable and sturdy metal case including a plethora of tools for collecting samples, processing samples, preparing slides and directly collecting data on any cell phone - all possible while working in field settings!

The Basic Classroom Kit (BCK) is designed to supply a group of 20 explorers with a Foldscope paper microscope for each person. Each student receives the essentials (Foldscope paper microscope, cell-phone coupler, assembly/instruction sheet, carrying pouch, and paper slides), and some accessories are provided collectively to be shared amongst the entire class.
