The Foldscope Odyssey Mobile Game is structured on three different learning theories: experiential, discovery, and constructivist learning. As the player moves through the different levels of the game, the connection between the microscopic world and the macroscopic world will become more and more obvious.
The player is also going to learn that the skills each microbe possesses in the game are grounded in reality - inspiring the user to grab their Foldscopes and go outside to find and study the microbes living around them!
